Annual Faculty & Community Exhibition
December 4 - December 13, 2025
This annual exhibition highlights the creative practices of the School of Art’s faculty, representing a wide range of media, processes, and pedagogical approaches. It offers visitors an opportunity to engage with recent work by instructors across disciplines, and to gain insight into the breadth of courses offered during our busiest session that begins January 5.
Coinciding with the Faculty Exhibition is the Community Exhibition, where students, members, donors, and anyone in the community can contribute to the exhibition of artworks created on complimentary 12 x 12 inch canvases picked up at Lighthouse ArtCenter. Artworks in that exhibition are a part of a fundraising event called 12 x 12: Take a Chance. Guests sign up for one of 12 numbered slots on a painting they love. Once all 12 are filled, two dice are rolled. Whoever holds the matching number wins the artwork. Proceeds directly benefit Lighthouse ArtCenter’s outreach initiatives, which provide free art education to underserved populations in the community.
Important Dates:

Take a Chance
December 11, 5–7PM
On December 11, guests gathered for an evening reception celebrating the 2025 Community Exhibition. Attendees enjoyed food and drinks while exploring the 12x12 artworks, connecting with fellow art lovers, and taking part in 12x12: Take a Chance.
Each featured piece offered twelve $50 slots, and when participation closed, the roll of the dice determined the final winners—adding a playful twist to an unforgettable night celebrating local creativity.
