​Susan Namm Spencer*

A resident of Jupiter and Tyson Virigina, Susan graduated from Emerson College with a B.S degree in Mass Communications. Her work experience includes 15 years of various Vice-Presidential management and marketing assignments at Citibank/Citicorp in NYC. She also served as CEO and Marketing Director of two (New York and Connecticut) HMO’s. Her current Board assignments include: Emerson College and the National Advisory Council of the Conservation Fund in Washington, DC. She is the founder of the William I. Spencer Fund for head and neck cancer research and treatment, at NYU Langone Medical Center, and has raised $3.1 million to date. A strong advocate of children’s programs, Susan has 20 years of experience with Head Start as part of the Literacy Coalition of Palm Beach County. Mrs. Spencer, a past President of the Lighthouse ArtCenter, enjoys painting, traveling, hiking, swimming and golfing. Past Board assignments include: Maltz Jupiter Theater, The YWCA of Greater, New York City and Suprise Lake Camp.
