Juan Hernandez
Bio:
Born and raised as a Cuban American in South Florida, Juan currently serves as a Lighthouse ArtCenter Assistant. In 2019, he earned his Bachelor of Arts from Hamilton College in History and Art. As an undergraduate student, he won The Emily and Alfred Bohn Prize in Studio Art, as well as honors for his art major. Working as a technical assistant for his college’s intaglio printmaking studio inspired his passion for helping and teaching others through art. He later served as a production assistant at Jon Allen’s Statements2000 metal art studio in Palm Beach County for over a year. Juan has been with Lighthouse ArtCenter since June 2024.
