Laurel Brower
Bio:
A devoted student at Lighthouse ArtCenter, Laurel Brower enthusiastically studies with a variety of art instructors. She was born in Pennsylvania, raised in Littleton, Colorado, and currently resides in The Loxahatchee Club in Jupiter, Florida, with her husband William Brower. In addition to obtaining her Bachelor of Fine Arts from Colorado State University, Mrs. Brower studied at Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts and Ringling School of Art in North Carolina. She also has served a variety of positions, such as President, Vice President, and Treasurer for the league of Women Voters, Woman’s Club, Pony Club, 4H and Bald Peak Colony Club. Mrs. Brower’s passion for the arts, golf, and raising horses led her to be part of several affiliations, such as American Quarter Horse Association, United States Equine Federation, United States Golf Association, The Loxahatchee Club, and the Lighthouse ArtCenter. Passionate about painting her favorite subjects, dog and horse portraits, she also enjoys golf and skiing in her spare time.
