Lizzie Hunter

Born and raised in the vibrant city of Miami, Florida, Lizzie’s journey into the art world began with a sense of uncertainty. Under the guidance of her high school art teacher, she discovered a talent for artistic expression that she never knew she possessed. It was through her encouragement and guidance that Lizzie found her calling in art education.

While teaching became her primary focus for a time, her own artistic aspirations never faded. Several years ago, a colleague helped her discover a passion for working En Plein Air. Today, Lizzie finds joy in both teaching and creating art, each complementing and enriching the other. As she continues to nurture young talents and explore her own artistic endeavors, she feels grateful for the winding path that has brought her to where she finds herself today and eagerly looks forward to where this practice will lead next.
