Rafael Lima
Bio:
Rafael Lima is a Miami novelist, screenwriter, playwright, and journalist. Based on his experience as a stringer reporter during the civil war in El Salvador, Rafael Lima’s first full-length play, “El Salvador,” was developed and staged at the Circle Repertory Theater in New York and published by Samuel French and Applause books. After a successful career as a playwright Lima moved to Los Angeles where he wrote feature screenplays for Paramount, Disney, Castle Rock, and Desi-Lu productions.
Rafael teaches writing at the University of Miami and conducts writing seminars and workshops all over the country. His own memoir “Cuba the Trip Back” was an Amazon bestseller.
