Ruth is an educator who taught language arts through the use of writing and visual art for 27 years. Today she is an artist who freely expresses herself through watercolor, gauche and collage. Her art is imaginative and embraces nature and the feminine spirit along with a bit of magical realism. Ruth’s art is 100% process, so it changes a lot as she works on a piece of art. It’s all imagination raw and magic that comes through dreams, emotions and just plain staring at a blank canvas until the piece presents itself.
