Learn how to use Heat and Gravity to create nicely rounded and other shaped cabochons for jewelry and other decorative glass art. Students will learn glass-cutting skills and have a wide variety of glass and glass accessories to work with while learning the compatibility and reaction effects they will have when fired in the kiln. Glass cutting, materials, and firing are supplied for this project. Please wear closed toes shoes, comfortable clothes, and an apron.
