Love is in the air

In this beginner friendly workshop, students will first look at design ideas and learn how to score and cut glass using multiple tools. Each student will be given a 4″ glass heart base that has been cut for them using the studio’s ring saw. They will then be able to create their individual design on top of the base using a combination of sheet glass, frit, stringers, dots and decorative murrini. Upon completion, the hearts will be fired in the studio’s glass kiln and should be ready for pick up within a week.
