Taking glass frit to another level… Using glass frit in your art projects can give you possibilities that are not available when working with sheet glass. You can arrange it into shapes that prove difficult to master when cutting glass. In this workshop we will fill vermiculite dams with stainless steel molds and contrasting colors of frit to create a geometric bowl using this inlaid frit technique. You can then have it slumped into a mold for a functional dish or hang it for display. Materials and firing schedules are supplied for this project with Additional materials and firing schedules available for purchase.

Please wear close-toed shoes, comfortable clothes and an apron.
