In this 1- day workshop, teens will learn to develop jewelry using traditional fabrication methods.  Demonstrations include how to size and form a sterling silver ring as well as form earrings.  Shaping the metal with a mallet, creating texture, and wire working will be introduced to students in order to complete a ring and earrings. Teens enrolled in this course must be responsible and comfortable using tools such as hammers and feel comfortable handling a lit acetylene torch under supervision.
