Students will cover the basic anatomy of the head, body, and anatomical proportions. It will teach students how to use the shape and the planes of the face to obtain a general likeness. We will also study different ways of modeling the individual parts such as the nose, lips, ears, and eyes. Preparing the sculpture for bronzing will be covered in detail. The class includes 3 lbs of oil-based clay.

**Important Notice** This is an oil clay sculpting course only, if students choose to bronze their sculptures that is on the pursuit and cost of each student outside of LAC.
