This adult ceramic course explores clay through the creation of sound-producing objects inspired by Pre-Columbian traditions. Each session introduces a new sonic form, increasing in complexity as students build technical skill and confidence. Along the way, participants learn how ancient cultures understood sound, breath, and water as sacred elements. The course culminates in the creation of a functional whistling vessel.
