Great for advancing your glass cutting skills. This class will improve your cutting skills and the proper ways to stack a variety of sizes and colors of glass for a perfectly fused one of a kind dish or bowl. Learn how the different thickness and layout of the glass will form in the kiln, what type of reactions some glass may have wit each other in the heat and the proper fusing schedules that will be used to bring it all together! Not only will students be working with straight cuts and square shapes, but will create more advanced designs in a circular and curved pattern. The use of cold working tools will also be implemented in this class.
Materials and firing schedules are supplied for this project with Additional materials and firing schedules available for purchase. Glass cutting skills recommended.
Closed toed shoes required.
