Shibori is a traditional Japanese dyeing technique that uses indigo. During this workshop, students will create beautiful hand sewn and/or machine sewn patterns to develop a resist for an incredible surface design once dyed in the indigo. Please bring a light weight, drapey white cotton blouse, tank top, cover up, bandana etc.. You are welcome to bring a sewing machine, but it is not required. ALL other materials are supplied. No experience is required!
