Create a one of a kind standing or functional piece of glass art in this 4 week class. Students will learn how to cut a number of glass strips out of various sheets of glass, some made with stringers and some factory made to place them on edge side-by-side in whatever patterns they desire.

They will then be fused together into a solid piece. Learn how the use of kiln furniture will be used to dam your project to form the solid piece of glass and then use various cold working methods to smooth the edges before slumping.

Materials and firing schedules are included with additional materials and firings schedules available for purchase.

Please wear closed toed shoes, comfortable clothes and an apron
