How do you bend glass you ask? In this workshop you will learn how glass stringers are made and how you can manipulate this rigid string of glass into an endless number of forms using a variety of colors and heat. Using design placement on an 8” x 8” base piece of glass. These forms will then be fused in a kiln and can be slumped into a bowl or dish becoming a one-of-a-kind piece of functional glass art you will be proud to show off!

Please wear close-toed shoes, comfortable clothes and an apron if you like. Materials and firing schedules are included with additional materials and firings schedules available for purchase. Email Carolyn with any questions at :Carolyn@lighthousearts.org
