This workshop is for students that have previously taken Optic Glass Classes. The goal is to create a unique design using the wide variations of optic layouts to create a one-of-a-kind dish or bowl. Students will create a blueprint of their design based on the size and shape of final art piece.  All stringers will be cut and placed on the base piece of glass.  Clear “Capz” will be cut into desired sizes and shapes to be stacked and glued together for the final layout. In preparation for firing your piece in the kiln, we will cold work and prep the mold for slump firing. Detailed work and intricate cutting are all combined in this guided lesson.
