Private party workshops are a new addition to Lighthouse ArtCenter's program designed with residents, clients, friends, and visitors in mind.

Lighthouse ArtCenter is offering these workshops in the following mediums with preferred days and times during the week.

Enjoy our charming, outdoor Chickee hut to gather with your group 30min-45min before or after your workshop for free.

Groups are welcome to bring snacks and drinks. LAC will provide two 6 ft. long covered tables.

Basics of Glass Fusion Workshop

Learn to paint with watercolors remotely with step-by­ step instructions. Students will learn the basics of mixing and painting while creating a beautiful piece of art. All supplies are included for this fun, artistic online class.

Give The Wheel a Whirl

Participants will learn the fundamentals of wheel work and gain a general understanding of the ceramic process, including firing & glazing. Each student will walk away having completed their very own wheel thrown creation.

Raku: Painting with Fire

Students will experience the entire process of raku firing. After glazing the bisqued pot, students will pull it out of the kiln and place it in a reduction chamber while the flames paint the surface. This process will create a beautiful, one-of-a-kind , copper finish.

Twisted Ring

Have a great time learning how to size and solder a twisted designed ring. Students and their crew will have a fun, creative experience using a small acetylene torch, and other hand tools to develop a beautiful ring.
