Save Our Shores
End of Summer Celebration
Thursday, August 3, 5 - 7 pm
This community event includes admission to Save the Shores and Locals Only: A Florida State of Mind exhibitions. Beverages and hors d'oeuvres will be served.
Join us this summer for a collision of art and conservation with the Save Our Shores exhibition. Lighthouse ArtCenter campers will create eight different mosaics from marine debris collected at Blowing Rocks Preserve. Each piece represents a species found at Blowing Rocks Preserve.
Be sure to come back on August 3rd for our End of Summer Celebration and view all 8 completed mosaics. Special thanks to the staff and volunteers at The Nature Conservancy's Blowing Rocks Preserve for providing the materials.
